MCM Rated "Tier 1" Firm By U.S. News & World Report
On September 15, 2010, U.S. News & World Report launched its Best Law Firms rankings. After surveying thousands of clients, in-house corporate lawyers, and law firms, the magazine rated 8,782 law firms throughout the United States, and we are pleased to announce that MCM was given a "Tier 1" rating for Maine law firms – the highest rating available, for our practice in Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law. We hope that you will find this second edition of our website enjoyable and informative. Our website has been in existence for nearly three years. We received very positive feedback on our original edition, and we hope to continue the tradition with this edition.  Some people think our approach is humorous; others think it is irreverent; some think it is frivolous. We think it is unique, possibly humorous, and very definitely irreverent -- none of which rules out being frivolous. In any case, we hope to convey to our online visitors the special personality and culture of our firm. Other law firm websites tend to be rather boastful and dry. We pointed this out in our original website, but apparently no one cared; as law firm websites continued in their same pattern.  We think that is frivolous, but if you insist on it, enter "Preeminent Law Firm" on your Internet search engine.
