David joined the firm in 2005 after practicing in Boston and with a large Portland law firm. He has over a decade of general litigation practice under his belt, as well as considerable experience with commercial and bankruptcy law. David is member of the bars of Massachusetts and Maine and he has practiced extensively in the state and federal courts of both states, as well as arguing before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation.
David is a 1992 graduate of Bowdoin College and a 1995 graduate of Boston College Law School. |
