Lynn is the fourth founding member of the
firm. Lynn means business, and
does not suffer fools lightly.
She is the firm's corporate "guru", and has led our clients through
the most complex of corporate transactions,
including private placements of securities, mergers, acquisitions,
and divestitures. Lynn takes her client's business to heart, and
through force of her strong personality, competence and common sense,
gets the job done. Lynn is a 1987 graduate of Villanova Law School. |
